Our services are provided exclusively in digital and personalized form. Therefore, no refund is possible once the service has been delivered.

The only valid exception for a refund applies in the event that the service is not received, provided that the user has correctly followed all instructions stated on the website.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

In order for the order to be processed correctly, the customer must provide the exact link to their social media profile at the time of purchase, as described in each package.

If the customer does not provide the link, the order will not be processed, and there will be no right to a refund, as this is considered a customer error and not an issue with the service.
